Dashing Hounds values a good haircut, however we always value the safety and comfort of the dog first. Expectations will always be professionally communicated so that as a pet parent you know exactly what hair cut can be achieved, based on the condition of your dog’s coat. We will also be honest about how your dogs experience was and how you can work with your dog at home to make the trip to the groomers not so scary. Dogs strive with consistency- let’s make the visit to the dog groomer part of their routine. By sticking to one place and groomer, your dog will sense what’s going on and feel more safe away from you!
We encourage booking regular appointments, which we can base on your life - style and finances. Dogs typically should be getting groomed every 6-8 weeks. Pre-booking is also encouraged to ensure you have a spot
