Pricing is based on size, coat condition and behaviour!

Total price is confirmed at drop off and truly depends on the dogs coat condition- how active have then been?!

Higher pricing is usually due to extra brushing time or behavioural issues.

Special handling fee is $30 - charged for dogs showing extreme anxiety or any aggressive behaviour. Please ask how we can help to train this out of your dog!

We will work out a plan in terms of how to get your pup more comfortable with grooming. This may include shorter/longer visits, more regular visits, seeking training, working with tools at home, etc.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum 24 hours notice for canceling an appointment. Please do your part and simply notify us if you can’t make it as there is a wait list of other dogs that can come in.

50% grooming fee is applied to your next appointment should you not cancel.

Pick Up’s- We will notify you 20 minutes before your dog is ready. Please pick up in a timely manner as we are not a day care facility and want to ensure your dog is safe.
